Based in Bramhall, Cheshire the company holds all the required licenses with ABTA, ATOL and IATA which offers all its clients and customers full financial protection when making a purchase.
Inspire Group has been named Best Agency to Work For (Large) at the prestigious Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards, one of the travel industry’s most respected annual celebrations, which was held on 09 July at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel.
The Best Agency to Work For (Large) category recognises employers who go above and beyond in supporting, developing and rewarding their staff, from training and career progression to workplace culture and employee wellbeing.
The company triumphed against fierce competition in the category, including many well-known travel shortlisted companies including Hays Travel, TUI Travel, Barrhead Travel and Travel Counsellors, to name a few.

The award was collected on the night by Lisa Henning, Chief Executive Officer of Inspire Group.
Lisa said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised as the Best Agency to Work For, and this award belongs to every single member of our team. We know that when our people are happy and well supported in their work, they deliver the very best in customer service, and that connection is at the heart of who we are. To be recognised for the culture we’ve worked so hard to build together means the world to all of us.”
Today Inspires offers over 100 employee benefits, and its team are truly supported to grow and thrive. Everyone benefits from monthly one-to-ones, twice-yearly check-ins, and a strength-based appraisal approach that connects colleagues across the business for mutual development, alongside regular upskilling and lunchtime workshops.
Wellbeing runs just as deep within the organisation with staff being able to access 24/7 remote GP services, mental health counselling, physiotherapy, and financial and legal advice, plus four annual health days, and the ability to take your birthday day off. Mental Health First Responders, a monthly wellbeing calendar, and a dedicated Menopause Programme ensure support at every stage of life.
Lisa continued: “We also make work rewarding and fun, from bring-your-child-to-work days and team-building events to peer-nominated Values in Action Awards and a charity pot our people can direct. We also celebrate loyalty with vouchers of up to £1,000, mark big life events with personal gifts, and give everyone an annual appreciation voucher, while hybrid working, flexible hours feature strongly.”
Speaking about Inspire’s award win, Lucy Huxley, Editor-in-Chief, Travel Weekly added: “”Inspire were worthy winners in a strong field. What impressed the judges was the substance behind the culture. A rigorous onboarding programme, a real investment in employee wellbeing, and a genuinely supportive environment where staff are given every chance to progress. They are a fantastic example of what a great place to work looks like.”
The win caps a strong year for Inspire and cements its reputation as an employer of choice within the travel industry.
Lisa concluded: “Over the past year, the team’s hard work has translated into tangible results with a 12% overall sales growth, a 20% increase in homeworker recruitment, and a team that continues to grow not just in number, but in capability, confidence, and commitment. From £29 million to £47 million in revenue over four years, our growth has been exponential. But the metric we are most proud of is simpler: our people want to be here, and they want to stay.”
