Stockport Visitor Attractions have joined forces once more to participate in MUSEUMS AT NIGHT: 15 - 21 MAY 2011
A national campaign encouraging museums and cultural attractions across the country to offer something a little different, by opening their doors outside normal visiting hours.

Take a tour of Bramall Hall and discover some of its legends through the medium of rhyme. Listen to The Legend of the Red Rider and the Maid of Bramall Hall, before taking a closer look at the Viking roots behind the painting, "Where is the my Lord, the King". Take the opportunity to decipher some Anglo Saxon riddles and then try your hand at a game of Hnefatafl.
